Bought RCA TV in November, 2010 with 5 year extended warranty. Tv will not come on made appointment for them to come fix it August 2 between 8 AM and 5 PM. They never showed up or called. At 8 PM I called them and they said I would have to make another appointment. Now they are saying that I called to cancel the appointment and the made another appointment for August 16. I had the first appointment for almost a month.
