Dustin D Lepp ordered an item for 12.55 from me on 12/15/11, and on 02/03/12 I was notified by google checkout that the item was not received. The buyer never contacted me. I sent the item first class. I made several attempts to contact the buyer after hearing from Google that a complaint was filed. Google checkout took 22.19 our of my account, plus a 10.00 fee for doing it, which made my account overdrawn. After having my account with them for over 5 years, with not one complaint, they take the buyer's side over mine. I closed out my account with them, but they still took money out of my bank account.
