as reported on 2nd feb i ordered free trial paid postage didnt receive goods complained to company who apologised and that there would be no further charges just had my statement in and have been charged £173 for goods which i haven't received. Ihave emailed them but so far no response janice @ janetfraser@ntlworld.com
