I was contacted by Ann Martin from Hyatt & Associates stating that she had a buyer for my timeshare. She requested that I wire 1800.00 for processing and closing fees and closing documents would be sent to me for signature and I would receive the check for sale. This has never happened. I have contacted her on many occassions and was told that there was a problem with paper work, but documents would arrive via FedEx. That has not happened. She also stated that if I did not want to wait, that I could request a refund and they would refund my money. I did request the refund and have not received that either. Please help
