I received a text message from TodayzBest Trivia @ 7:26 am. with the following; $9.99/mo for 3msg/wk. they slammed my prepaid phone for the 9.99 charges& data rates! I should know, because I checked my phone balance and they took the money! When I tried to call their number(18777073288) I was greeted by message, stating, they were closed. I immediately left message to cancel subscription. I then received text message acknowledgeing cancellation. That's all good, but where is my MONEY? and how do I get it back!

I spoke to a customer care rep. (Tonya) @ 1877073288 my mobile care; aka todayzbest.com. Representative, imformed me that I couldn't get a refund, but would make sure my mobile number would be taken out of their system.
