Posted job online needing a accounting assistant. I ended up forwarding my resume to him. He sends me a long reply detailing who he is and the job description. Ends up sending me a check for $2120 and wants me to deposit it into my bank and keep $300 for my weekly pay and send the rest through western union. Even though I did not accept his job he ended up sending the check anyway. And when I received it I told him that I will deposit it and wait until it had cleared. A couple days later it cleared and I did what he had asked. But my mind got the best of me and told me that this is 100% fraud so I ended up canceling the money transfer the same day I sent it. I did not get scammed as of yet and still have the money in my bank. I am going to notify the local authorities and just want to share my story.
