I would like my $404 dollars back. MTOT DISC Bankcard (Ipayment inc) is an affiliate of yours and you HAVE to honor the fact that I had to get through that technical window before I completed my web page application with you april 6, 2011. I have spent six months reporting fraud to Wells Fargo, and ipayment inc or someone ,not sure who fabricated an application with my SIGNATURE...and they took money out of my bank account for services not performed. I have no sales, nothing!!!!!!! HeLP...Please and stop passing the buck to your online chat department...you are both passing the buck. Help me. 801 592 9181...artclout.com

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We have checked your account and you have been not charged from iPage end. You need to contact your bank regarding the charge and get the bank statement check who has charged your credit card and take necessary action.

Kaila..You are missing the point here. I have taken steps through the bank. The company ipayment inc which was affiliated with your website is corrupt and has stolen money from me. If it weren't for your application procedure to sign up for a website in the first place, they wouldn't have gotten a signature. They fabricated false documents that they sent to the bank. They are not owning up to it. Thus it is your responsibility. Own up and pay up. Get back to me, don't shrug your shoulders. Your hands are not wiped clean yet. Dianne Bey

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. As we have mentioned in the previous response that you have been not charged from iPage end. If you still feel that we have charged you credit card, then please get back to us with the scanned copy of the credit card statement which shows the charges. Also, it should show the credit card number which is charged so that we can investigate further.

You can upload the scanned copy to the web directory and provide us with the location of the file.

When you respond to a ticket you should look at past tickets..Here are the credit card transactions. I'm telling you that IPAGE is responsible even if it is not coming out of your Ipage billing department. This fact stems from the 'technical application process for setting up a web page developed by IPAGE'. The 'process' involves signing up with 'Ipayment Inc' before the Ipage webpage is finalized.....!!!
