I was called on Dec17 to sell my timeshare in Cabo San Lucas, Playa Del Sol. They stated they had a buyer ready to purchase. Escrow would take 90 days. They sent appropriate documentation to set up the sale transaction. They also called a couple times at the beginning and I had told them I had been scammed previously on the same property. They required $1950.00 up front - I know now - stupid.... which I charged on my credit card.
On March 27 or thereabouts, I called to get an approximate date of closing and there was no one there. Nor was there for several days more. I contacted my Credit Card company and they advised they only recognize defaults of this kind up to 60 days and denied me assistance. I did discover my charge has been routed through a company called Ezell Enterprises in Alabama, first I had heard of them and my Credit Card company referred me to them however, they do no answer the phone either.
I tried to locate an office in Nevada State Gov to report illegal activity but I have not been successful as yet.
