The site https://www.buymagicmesh.com/ offers to order a "Magic Mash" screen door for $19.95 and get another one "for free" for 7.95$ P&H.
1. Instead of giving the second one for free, I was charged additional 19.95$ for it.
2. Instead of paying P&H fee of 7.95$ I was charged 31.80$, which was not mentioned anywhere beforehand.

The page with the final number 71.70$ instead of 27.90$ was shown only after the purchase was confirmed, so I wasn't given any chance to disagree to pay this amount.

I called the company support(1-866-649-0146) and was asked to call again after 7 hours, because they "were not able to pull the data from the system".

After 5 hours I was able to find my order on https://www.customerstatus.com/Default.aspx? and I cancelled it.

Then I called to the company to confirm that the order was cancelled and support person Jennifer informed me that the order can be cancelled only by phone. I asked to do that.

I also had to cancel my visa card, as advised by my banker, which caused a lot of inconvenience.
