I have no idea what this company is but I never authorize charges to my TMobile account. I had three charges of 9.99 within a minute of each other, 2 of which said true digit and the last was mobile sapphire. I called TMobile and disputed the charges. The rep told me she couldn't take the charges off but would one time refund me on my next bill and thatI'm not the only customer this has been happening to. I told her I wasn't paying these charges, I also said I think it's illegal to allow a third party have access to bill my TMobile account like this. I then looked up true digit LLC and I got TMobile and scams and unauthorized charges. Why only TMobile? After the way the rep assisted me it almost seems as though this is an internal scam aimed at TMobile's own customers. No other phone carrier came up on the search.

They did the same to me, I filed a complaint w/ the FCC. Sprint deleted it from my account free of charge! -
