I placed an order and never saw it ship. called and emailed customer service with no response. Finally gave up and contacted the BBB of Wisconsin. www.wisconsin.bbb.org
I file a complaint asking for my money refunded to my credit card. BenFranklin.com decides to finally ship my order and then tell the BBB they shipped it. :(
I refused their resolution and am still pursuing my refund. My package is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
If this does not pan out, I may file a small claims suit against them for poor business practices.
