Had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered the product b/c it said it was a free "trial size" and you would be charged only for shipping. That was fine, but the products arrived soon after and were larger than you would expect. There were no enclosures with return instructions, etc. Have been charged $97.88 twice now, each on the 25th of the month.
From here on out, I will not order anything online unless I have done business previously with the merchant.
