ON JANUJARY 8TH, 2012, I ORDERED THE YOSHI BLUE SKILLET AT THE PRICE OF 19.99 plus 7.95 FOR SHIPPING. I SAID OK TO THAT AND THEN THEY TOLD ME I COULD GET ONE MORE SKILLET FOR ANOTHER SHIPPING CHARGE OF 7.95. I SAID OK TO THAT. I RECEIVED THE FIRST SKILLET VERY SOON AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT. BUT WHEN I GOT MY CREDIT CARD BILL THEY HAD CHARGED ME 35.97. I JUST THOUGHT THAT INCLLUDED THE EXTRTA SHIPPING CHARGE. I RECEIVED THE FIRST SKILLET VERY SOON AND KEPT EXPECTING THE SECOND TO ARRIVE. BUT AS OF TODAY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SECOND SKILLET. THEY CHARGED 35.97 ON MY CREDIT CARD WHICH IS VERY CLOSE TO WHAT THE TOTAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN IF I HAD RECEIVED THE SECOND SKILLET. I TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT ONLY GOT A RECORDING AND CAN NEVER TALK TO A REAL PERSON OR LEALVE A MESSAGE.
