I ordered a pair of shoes and when I never received a confirmation email or shipment within a week, I got suspicious. Did some research online a little to late to see that Kelly Mall has been cheating people over and over again. I used PayPal to pay for the transaction, so I thought it was legitimate.
I received a 3 inch coin purse from Singapore and the customs label said it's value was $2.00. PayPal says they will refund my money when I send the merchandise back to an address in China, and provide them with a tracking number. Problem is, in order to get a tracking number for an overseas mailing you need to send express mail. The price for shipping express mail for the $2.00 package was $38.00. The "Pair of Shoes" I ordered were $30.56. They win, I lose....
