International boundaries
had a valuation of£100.00 for a necklace locally but looked at the advert for BGR and their online valuation was £134. Sent off for a valuation and 5 days later they offered £44.00. Totally rejected and they came back with £55.00. Told them to send it back to me but they said they would re evaluate it. Heard nothing so two days later phoned them and asked again to return it to me.Said they would speak to the returns dept and they would call me. Again nothing so phoned again and told them to return the item immediately. They said they only return items on a Thursday but yet again failed to do so. Now in the hands of the legal profession to try and get it back. DO NOT SEND YOUR GOLD TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
