My brother and my self place a Birth Certificate order with this company since December 29, 2011, and until now we have not recieve our certificates. At the begining they return calls and everything is fine, but after they recieve the money there is no way of comunication with them. They do not return phone calls any more or emails. We are very upset with this issue because we really need our certificates and we were very happy that we will get them but it was a False Advertising.
