Placed order on 12/31/2011 - our purchase order went from "pending" to "paid by check". We sent 3-4 emails (funny, no phone number is listed) and finally got a response that it would take 4-6 weeks AFTER CHECK CLEARED. It is now 7 week after check has cleared....no item....no email response. We are going to try to email to get a refund; although highly unlikely that we will see a refund or even hear from them.
