We were sent an ad in the mail stating we were qualified to have our mortgage interest lowered. We met with Chuck Anguiano he explained that we were qualified for the program He requested we pay the above amount. We were sent a letter from our lending stating that the United Services Group has contacted them informed. We felt good and thought every thing was going good. Had several email from McKenzie Chuck and Charlie.In January I was informed after several phone calls that our file is transferred to Advance Loan processing. Two days ago I had a phone call from Advance Loan processing that they will no longer process our file as they to are having problem with USG.
I return to the office today and they are no longer in the office. I am trying to find out who owns the company, looks as if they were set up by legal Zo
