I placed order online to Bohemia Style Products for Combo Facial Treatment. After my bank dispursed money from my account Bohemia sent me e-mail confirming my order would be delivered and that my credit card statement would identify the payment of $150 under the name of Andes Online, aka/ Andes LLC, or Andean LLC. They gave me phone number of 1-888-240-1194 to call if any questions. This number has a recording and I have never talked to a person.
