I was searching for a DVD of Midnight Lace. I began my search via another website that advertised classic movies. Through this original website Classicmovies.org, I linked up to several sites and came upon this site: Classicmoviereel.com that stated they had the DVD in stock and the turn-around for shipping was within 72 hours. I ordered the DVD, it was charged to my credit card on that date- 02/10/2012, plus S&H. I contacted them via e-mail on 02/26/2010, as the DVD was still not received. They have not replied to my email to date. I contacted the orginal site where I began my search: classicmovies.org. This site is reputable and the owner contacted me immediately explaining that he had no control over subsites that you linked up to from googling one site to another, which is understandable and he wanted any information I could give him as to the name of the site that was problematic.

My only recourse is to now contact my credit card company and register a complaint as Classicmoviereel.com has my money and I do not have the DVD and it is unlikely that I will ever receive it or my money back if I am not proactive.
