Ordered trial on both products. Charged for freight not worried with this. After 2 weeks and no product emailed for extension of trial. Gave me extension to 22/2/12. On 21/2/12 still no product so emailed them to cancel trial to make sure no costs were charged. Next day found that they had charged me the amount for Bioslim on the 22/2/12 and the Biocleanse on the 13/2/12. I have emailed them and they said they could not do refunds over the net but to contact support. Support hung up on me 5 times. Said that they could not refund as they did not get my email until the 22/2/12, the last day of trial so it is charged. Said will send 2 bottles of each to replace and would send email to confirm. NO email received yet a week later. Have changed my credit card to stop any other transactions being added. Never thought I would get scammed. BEWARE ALL!!!
