Complaint 8029 Details Scan your bills for fraud
- Date Occurred: 07/30/2011
- Reported Damages: $29.95
Purchased RegClean Pro and installed it. Scanned by registry and reported 200+ errors --OK! Told RegClean Pro to fix the error and it reported by all were fixed. Ran the scan again and found more errors, fixed them, ran the scan again and more errors were found.
Did this at least 4 times. RegClean Pro appears to me to be a shell game with lts of movement but little accomplished. Endless scans and endless errors -- it appears never to identify and correct.
The software is not worth $29.95. I used PayPal to pay for it (mistake) and since it is not a tangible product (software downloaded over the internet) PayPal will not dispute the payment.
So I will live and learn a little for $29.95 down the drain.
So all I can do is warn others to beware -- RegClean Pro in my opinion is a scam and not worth the money.
