a 9.99 charge was added to my phone bill by True Digit - TOGOBUZZ. I did not download nor request it. I called the telephone company & was told this was a third party charge that was added when I opened a text from TOGOBUZZ. (I didn't know what this was at the time, so I deleted it) The telephone company refunded the amount to me on the next bill and said a blocker would be put in place to prevent this from happenening again. Today 2/27, I noted a 9.99 charge from TOGOBUZZ, again for 1/27/12.
