I purchased two pairs of shoes from Fashion Shoes Mall for my boyfriend. One day I received a package from Hong Kong. Inside was a phone chain, that, according to the package, had a declared value of $2. I had never ordered something like this, so I had no idea where it was coming from. When I tried to email Fashion Shoes Mall regarding the shoes and that they had not arrived, I got an email back saying that it had. When I disputed this, they again said the package had been sent. So I looked them up online and saw all the posts about the bait and switch scam and realized, that's where the phone chain came from.
