- Fabian N. Carlos seems to be a scammer. He claims he works for cheveron in Lagos Nigera. Says he lives in Houston and now working in Paris. He is a smooth talker with lots of reasons to need money western unioned to him. Says daughter is Cici and talks about love and marriage. Watch out for this one. Dont send money.
