They called and said my computer could crash. that they got an error report, which i did send, i never know who it goes too. they took me to my event log which showed numerous yellow exclamation marks and red x's. they gave me two numbers for support, neither of which are valid obviously. I feel so violated and cheated. i finally went to the event log, and found red x's and yellow explanation marks, not in the extreme that were there, but since they supposedly worked on my computer. i have sent them messages, and email, with no response. So on monday will call my card issuer and tell them it is a fraudalent charge, and hopefully get my money back and remove them from my computer. hopefully!
