(with thanks to Susie) I bought this software to get rid of a Trojan infection that they advertised would remove it. I followed all the instructions and could not get the software to work. Infection was still there. I called them and got a run-around after hours of waiting. I used Malwarebytes (free) and it cleard up my Trojan completely. I requested a refund. I received all kinds of useless advice from their tech dept. Then I finally got an answer about my refund. They told me to send logs from their software and agree to a pages long legal document. To this I got more useless information from tech dept - nothing about a refund. This is a scam software I should have realized this when I downloaded software the 15day trial ended in 3 minutes. Do not buy this software or anything from this company.

  • The exact same scenario happened to me on 2/25/12. Except I gave up on them once they asked to have uninhibited access to my laptop. I reported it to my credit card company as a scam.
