This company charged my card today. I do not know this company nor any one in oxnard. Two days ago there was a fraud charge for 31.85 the merchant was Raymond Rumrill III. I have notified my bank. My question is any of you have a wal mart money card or green dot card that this happened to. I am trying to figure out if it was a breech on their end or if it was from my progessive purchase. as this is the only bill that I pay online. thank you.
