I ordered V3 Japanese Level 1, 2, & 3 from www.learnrosettastonenow.com on February 1st. On the website it had "paypal secure" at the bottom, but you could only pay in credit cards at the checkout. It showed up on the bill as "Golden Ax Trading Co.,Ltd". It shipped from China with no return address. After finding no activation code in my package, I tried contacting the website -- but so far I've gotten no response. I've filed a report and plan on sending it back in its original packaging to Rosetta Stone for an investigation.
