About a week or two ago I tried to apply for and online payday loan. Of course I was denied everywhere. Anyways I noticed on 2/16 that there was a 99.49 charge from premier membership club. I went to their website (pmcclub.com) and cancelled my order but since they already took it out of my account, I have to wait 30 days for them to credit it back. Then yesterday there was another 30.00 charge that I did not authorize. At first the only thing I could find on that company which was paytrix, was all these comments about it being a scam and no one could get ahold of anyone. I finally found a customer service number but no one there could speak english. Finally I went to paytrixcorp.com and wrote them and email. They replied pretty quickly and told me that they were sorry for my inconvenience and that my money would be refunded plus an additional 5 for calling costs. I really hope these two companys refund my money because I cannot afford this. Thats why I was trying to get a payday loan in the first place. I've read a lot of comments saying that peoples accounts were being overdrawn i sympathize with you. Luckily for me my landlord hasn't cashed my rent check yet so my account is not overdrawn yet. I hope this helps someone else.
