I signed up for the web hosting, but had a change of plans and wanted to cancel, the other user complaint was right, they are very good at stalling, I am still working on getting my money back.

Hi Randy,
If you would like a refund, all you need to do is contact our support department. We process refunds the same day that we receive them. Once they are processed on our end, it depends on you financial institution as to when the money will be put back into your account. If you received a refund and have not gotten your money yet, you will need to contact your financial institution.
