Dear Sir/Madam.
It has been brought to our attention that this company have committed a crime by taking funds from our credit card without authorisation.
I bought a free trial on line, and they are saying this was a contract. This was never agreed. I ordered a free trial and my husband paid for it with his credit card.
Just over one month later on four separate crime acts, they have taken a total of $250.
We are going to a solicitor tomorrow and also will contact the credit card company to stop payments.
This is down right fraud. This is illegal. Why is this company still trading.
I am also going to report this to the police and the press.
