very profesional outfit they talked me into investing with them in oil and gas by investing in fossil oils which are a legitimate company eci say they has exclusive agrements to sell units on behalf of fossil oil which they of coarse didnt i spoke to the mine manager denis kittler he sail he new they where try to get funds to buy units but failed to buy them for eci clients like myself and i dont know how many others i paid in bank tranferes to an account in hong kong 1 installment went to alliance collections the other went to eci account
