I needed some red cord for an order. I hearded about this site from my sister-in-law and was all excited because of all the colors. (she also has not recieved her order) It wasn't till after i placed my order that i was informed that everything was on back order. That was in Novemeber. Im patience person so i gave them time since it was close to the holidays. In January i looked at the web-site and it said that everything is in stock. I begain to try to contact them and i have had no luck. None of the e-mail addresses work and the phone # has been disconected. And now the web-site is down!This may be a small amount but i am a single working mom so every penny counts to me.
