i ordered the trial for my brother. after about two months, i noticed a charge on my card for 160. a week later, i received another charge for 80. i called and received a rma# through the automatic voice system and refused my packages so they were returned. i still have not received my refund and when i call, i'm put on hold for a long period of time an eventually they hang up on me.
