I ordered the free sample just like everyone else, just paid the 5.00 shipping and handling. Only one slip of paper came with the product stating vita derm info. There wasn't any information stating that we only had 12 to 18 days to call up and cancel. I did not know anything until they tried to charge my credit card and the credit card company called about fraudulent charges. I then called them and that is when she told me about the days to cancel and the other crap about paying 75.00 each for the items. She gave me the run around and I have ended up emailing the customer service to see what they say. I don't even have the address to returnd them. I am really angry with this company. becky
