I was on my computer and this stuff kept popping up that my computer had a virus and unless I get this antivirus scan than my entire system will have it and it would not go away and I could not get it off my screen. I am not good with computers but learning my way because I never got on my home computer but when I thought my husband was doing something on it I had my friend go into it and we found the secret life he had been living for 24 yrs. Now I spend a lot of time just gathering all this information for my divorce so when this came up I got scared and bought the deal they were offering. I gave my debit card info and they gave me an order#2846414-license code 1147-175591-6550 and it said I would have 24/7 phone-email support but it was never produced so I looked it up computer XP Total Security and I had all these places to pick from to get the virus scam off my system-Spy Wear I beleive helped me. I called my local credit union and the have attempted several times to get my money back but they said this company is well protected. I need help with this I am a single mom and lost my job of 23yrs and now having health problems and can not work at this time. I need every bit of my money to just pay the bills/mortgage there is no x-tra for groceries and I just can not bring myself to go and get food from a foodbank. My husband and I had a combined income of 120,000.00 a year so I am not use to living this way or my daughters but under the circumstances out of our control we need this money back and they should have to pay us for lieing and taking our money under false pretense.
