First of all we were duped into coming to the presentation in September of 2010 with the promise of airplane round trips to anywhere in the US and gas rebates of $100.00. The restrictions for using or gaining each were so restrictive that we could not use either.

At the presentation, we said that we could not buy into your program as we were already invested in several time shares. You said that that would be no problem: Cheryl Moats would have no trouble selling them to Europeans. Selling even one of them would more than cover the initial investment. Well, that never happened. We called to inquire once and talked to someone other than Cheryl who agreed to drop the price and then nothing!

Since that time, we have used your services only to book nights in Quebec and Montreal at prices that we could have found ourselves by doing some internet work.

When accessing the web site, it seems that the best deals you offer are those that require a great deal of flexibility—to be able to go next week or next month. We are so busy managing our time shares that we do not have that flexibility, Also, since most of them require a flight and airlines don’t give percentages to travel agents, we would have to expend a great deal to go to the places you offer.

The best solution would be to cancel our membership and have you return a portion of our initial investment of $6593.00 and take us off the roles. At the very least, you should forgive the membership fees for us for the upcoming 3 years.
