I ordered a Lance Milan 2010 scooter online from ScooterDepot. I received, in a large crate, a "Sunny Dong Fang." When I called "Sunny Sports" to tell them this was not what I ordered and I wanted to send it back, they said there would be a "restocking fee" as well as a charge for shipping. They have somehow managed to convince the credit card company, Bank of America, that we are in violation of their "terms and conditions." Even though they admitted in an e-mail that they did not have the Lance Milan. This is a bait and switch operation and they apparently make their money on getting their piece of crap scooter back and charging "restocking" and "shipping."
