This company did not represent themselves as this company. They called constantly and left messages, even saying that my eligibility will expire shortly and consider this their final notice. Well they still kept calling after this etc.They make it seem like they are your credit card company by saying card services on their recorded message. When you answer you get someone asking what your interest rates are on all your cards, etc. I asked if this hurts your credit, they said no, I asked if there was a fee they said no. They make it sound like they can reduce your 24% rate to 1% saying how much you will save etc. WHen you agree they give you to another person who repeats they same thing. But this person brings up a fee of $599 that you don't really pay, manipulating the words to make it sound like it does not come from your pocket but out of your savings etc. It does come out of your pocket. They say they are going to transfer you for voice verification. Not to record you to say you agree to the charge until this last person says it. I said wait you are charging me now? I want to look over the paperwork you are going to send me first and talk to my husband. They said you will get an email and can do that. I said well can I cancel, they said i had 3 days. Convenient! I wouldn't get the paperwork within 3 days by mail. After they charged my card I never got the email also which they said would come as soon as they charge. Which is ridiculous. How do you charge someones card when you have to send all these forms for me to fill out and send back. Your so called job doesn't start until you get all the paperwork back with all the information you need to start. My credit card company flagged their charge as soon as it came in as suspicious and was calling me as I was calling them to question this company. They put a hold on cc and said to call them for them to cancel and if they don't call them back and they will process chargeback. SHe even said it is a scam that we dont need companies to reduce our rate, we can do it and get the same thing they would. Who even knows if they even do this to begin with. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
