I had a gentleman call me saying that I wanted more information on Dermapure. I said that is correct call me back in 30 min please. He did. He explained that I would have 14 days to try the product and if I did not like it I could call back and cancel NO QUESTIONS asked!.He further explained that I would ONLY be charged shipping and handling $7.95. As long as I canceled within the 14 days. I called today, and was told their is NO SUCH trial program.Then the gentleman proceeded to be very rude and say " if I went to Walmart I would have to pay first. Of coarse! There are many ligitamit free trials on line. If you look at the Dermapure website, it clearly says their is a trial period. I told them as soon as I received the product I will send it back. Chris who I talked with was extremely rude and started yelling insults to me. I always read the fine print. If it was my mistake I would admit it. This is clearly FALSE adverstising.
