I'm not sure of the dates but I think I'm just over the 30 day return period. On first installation of Uniblue products my viewing of Roku was very good, after my 30 day period my Roku viewing was back to before installation of their product. Now they want me to install more of their programs to correct the speed problem. I am unable to communicate with any live tech support.
