flowers not arranged,dying ,falling apart.broken vase .vase not as shown online.flowers wrapped in plastic,10 minutes to unpack and clean up.at least a 5 $ worth of flowers,vase and candy.called a few times.i wouldn't answer either if i sent out such a poor product.please let your friends know the flower delivery express online is a total rip off!
