i paid for a pair of ugg boots i thought it was a uk website after a week they emailed me to say the boots were out of stock and could i choose another pair which i did. the seller tried to charge me again and sent me another email saying that the order is unpaid. i contacted the payment platform and they confirmed that i have paid and 2 contact them in 2 days if this was not resolved. i did and 2 days afta that they said that they were processing asap then when i did not hear tried to contact the seller. i have not been able to get back on their site and the phone number goes straight to v.mail
