I googled cheap UGG boots and this is one of the websites that came up. The website looked authentic with BBB Accredited, Geotrust, McAfee SecureI clicked on the boot that I wanted to order and gave all of my pertinent information along with my debit card information, just like I would any other online business. The website said delivery 3-5 days. The boots never came and I emailed business, the reply said we are enjoying our new year we will get back with you. I got nervous and emailed the company that I needed confirmation on sale and shipment, the same response came back. Finally, they emailed saying boots are being shipped. I got really nervous by the email and demanded that the boots be authentic and need confirmation or I was going to report them. They emailed saying now that the boots were
out of stock and they would refund my money minus 15%. I emailed them saying that was unacceptable that they need to send 100%; they emailed back saying accept their policy or I get nothing! I told them to send the 85% and I would let my bank deal with the rest.
