They guarantee if you're not 100% satisfied they'll refund your money within sixty days. Well, it was not at all what I expected; nothing would download; said to submit ticket which I did on numerous occasions stating it wasn't for me. To date I have not received a refund or a reply from my numerous requests for a refund. Instead, they continually send me crap about buying this or that and numerous emails from individuals from this site or associated with this site even though I have unsubscribed. Its a big ripoff in my opinion; everytime I turn around they send emails to purchase something else. What a joke! An expensive one to me!
