Agreed to free trial. Goods arrived amounting to the equivalent of 30 days whereas free trial was only available for 16 days. If you did not cancel within the 16 days you got invoiced for the full 30 days. The trial pack did not contain any instructions or warnings of enduring liabilities. Invoiced for a second month before the goods arrived thus reducing your opportunity to cancel. Agreed to a 50% refund on the second invoice and if goods returned they would refund the remaining 50% of the second invoice. Top date goods still have not arrived.
