I purchased a video script from the company and I was given the wrong script to download. When I contacted the seller they said that because I already downloaded the script that I cannot change it. The worst part about this it that the script also crashes every time a video is uploaded. I contacted my host about the issue and was informed the issue is with the script. I try contacting the free support the claim comes with the script and no one every respond to the emails I sent them. I requested a refund and the seller also refuse to issue me a refund and threaten to delete my account if I dispute it with PayPal or my bank. No where on their site does it state what their purchasing policies are. Its been 3 months now and I'm still disputing this with my bank. The company have since released a new version of the script they gave me but I can't even try to see if that script works because they have erase my account which includes the free upgrade. Please do not lie and try to fool people.
You purchased one script, downloaded it, installed it, used it.
You then contacted us weeks later saying you "purchased the wrong script".
As we provide open source software there are no refunds or exchanges once you have downloaded the software, which you did.
Additionally if you really made a mistake and "purchased the wrong software" you would know from the moment you installed it, not weeks after using it. -

Mike, Shawn, Travis or whomever it is working at scriptolution.
You are obviously scamming people with your faulty scripts.
Ive tried several of your scripts, none of them seem to be working as intended. And then you have the nerve to refuse refunds?
You are losing a lot of money, from potential recurring costumers.
But i guess you could care less about service, since your job is done the second payment is made.
Im even considering a laywer just to make this nonsense end.
Some of my contacts, suggest that you live in Philippines, and taking the legal route in that country would be best, fortunately i have dual citizenship (one being filipino) so if it's true your based there, it makes it a lot easier to put you behind bars for scamming people. -
