I visited the FYE store around Christmas 2011. The guy at the register said it was free to sign up for their club and get the discount. He absolutely did not mention that they would start charging a monthly fee. When I saw the $11.99 charge in February, I did a search and found these postings. I called the number that came through with the charge and was able to cancel over the phone. Although it took at least 5 minutes to get her to stop the sales pitch and just cancel, she finally did it and said I'd get a refund. I will check next month to be sure it came through. I'll never shop at FYE again!!
