I WENT TO MY BANK TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ACCOUNT. TELLER INFORMED ME THAT GRA ASSIT HAS BEEN DRAWING ON MY ACCOUNT SINCE 06/06/2011. I IMMEDIATELY FILED A CLAIM FOR UNAUTHORIZE USE ON MY ACCOUNT. I WAS GIVEN THE NUMBER 888-632-5590. I SPOKE TO STEVEN WHO INFORMED ME THAT I SENT A CD, AND AFTER 7 DAYS I WOULD BE CHARGED 57.93 A MONTH IF I DIDNT CANCEL. I SPOKE TO STEVEN, HE INFORMED ME THAT THEY BEEN DEDUCTING FROM MY ACCT. SINCE JUNE 2011. STEVEN THEN CANCEL THE REQUEST. I ASKED STEVEN IF I WOULD GET REIMBURSED BACK FROM ALL OF THE NON AUTHORIZATION MONTHS. STEVEN SAID THERE IS A NON REFUND POLICY. I ASK FOR HIS SUPERVISOR AND HE SAID HE WAS THE THE SUPERVISOR AND THEIR WAS NO ONE ELSE TO TALK WITH. I THEN ASKED FOR HIS BOSS NAME AND HE TOLD ME ALEX H. STEVEN ALSO SAID THAT I WOULDNT BE GETING ANY REFUND BACK. I CALLED MY BANK AND I WAS REIMBURSED BACK FOR 3 MONTHS ONLY.
